Thinking of my mind as a garden.. Growing my mind with healthy flowers and not weeds.
Flowery thoughts keep my mind sharp, healthy, and stable.
Weeds keep minds worried, anxious, and upset, leading to too many cardiovascular issues.
I am learning not to be careless with my words. Speaking hope, courage, love, and NOT fear or defeat.
Finally, keeping positive energy when possible.
