What brings you peace?
Mindfulness is important to our well-being, bringing peace to our hearts. Creating the time and being intentional to my moments or moments with others is an area I am developing.
Mindfulness involves living in the present moment and cultivating a positive mindset when possible. A positive mindset is easier said than done. A positive mind births healthy values, good morals, reachable goal setting, and overall discipline. They all become part of the equation.

My short story.
A ray of sunshine is a phrase I hear people use when you share your happiness, joy, space, time, or your warm touch with others. People gravitate to flowers that are the impermanence of beauty or flourish in life.
When you think of sunshine, what comes to mind?.
Warmth right?., cheerfulness, right? all kinds of feelings and emotions are aroused.
If you have been symbolized as a person who brings sunshine to others or you consciously know you bring a ray of sunshine, continue doing so. It is much more needed nowadays and remains a need in a worrisome globe.
I am always thankful to this one individual who is always intentional with her choice of words, presence, and honest feedback. Mary Wangari pushes to deliver honest, intentional feedback that never goes unnoticed ~🫂💖❤️
These kind of individuals are a rare gem to find. If you have one or two, keep them and keep them close. I mean close and don’t lose them. They will serve you a full course meal 😂😊and not just piece meals.
In the garden of your mind, plant seeds of kindness and watch love blossom🌸.
When you breathe in, follow your breath as it goes in and out. Notice what it does to you.
