What could you let go of, for the sake of harmony?
When I think of harmony, harmony is living in a world where all people of different walks of life, races, sexuality, gender and communities’ actions align together.
Our words may sometimes vary, not match our actions and vierceversa. When others don’t live or walk in harmony, we quickly judge what they are lacking. How others’ behaviors affect us is a of what is seen and heard of us.
On the other hand, when tables are turned, we tend to request others to treat us with politeness, grace, kindness, and patience.

The things you want others to give you without judging, give it out first.
Our unrealistic desires or expectations can cause us to be insensitive and unrealistic with one another. When we measure our success, we measure with our ability not of others. Our success will always be ours, our reach, metrics, willpower, and never to compete with our counterparts.
One way to maintain a harmonious relationship, friendship among people is to practice empathy. Do so by refraining judgmental thoughts. Many are the times our relationships and friendsship do not work because of our negativity and prejudice we bring into the relationships. This builds bridges and barriers that restrict us from developing and enhancing healthy, sustainable connections.
Eaxmples that invite harmony in our lives include setting realistic, reachable goals, focusing on our self reflection, being aware of our surroundings, focusing on our well-being, unplugging from technology often, apologetically and practicing mindfulness.

Takeaways
Find a way to practice harmony by practicing gratitude, cultivating patience, practicing active listening, cultivating forgiveness, and practicing empathy.
