What do you think gets better with age?
Fashion, your relationship with others, your aspirations, humor, your inner peace, stillness, revised goals, skills, knowledge, the love for yourself, improved confidence, playing soduku, self-worth, who you choose to become, resilience, your defined values, beliefs, and norms.
I touched on afew because the list is endless based on who you ask or speak to.
When we choose to have a relationship with ourselves, we tap in our hidden gems, buried talents, and skills. When we choose to share with others who we are and what we have become, we are gifting others with our own lived experiences. We not only share our lived experiences with others just for the sake of it but to empower, encourage, and restore hope. When people are in their wonder phase to overcome obstacles or barriers we face, our lived experiences serve as becons/backbone to the ones who choose to connect or affiliate with us.

The correlation of a tree 🌳 😀. Allow that to settle in for a minute. People are similar to a tree because we have multiple branches. Some branches remain the same over the years; for example, if our foundation is cultivated and continues to be strengthen, deepen and wider to the roots overtime; Some branches go through transformation due to climate change, stress, diseases, mankind brutality, cruel relationship with mother nature, pollution, etc ; Other branches remain or become weaker muscles because they were either never activated or cultivated on to sprout/grow.
There is no wrong direction at all because we all come from different organizations or family units. The aspect is to approach a person centered care approach is that our wellness is a combination of the mind, body, and soul. When one is experiencing hardship, the other parts of the system may weaken, not work right or remain stagnant.
Looking back, what are some areas that could have benefited some TLC that you did not dedicate enough time to?. I am always grateful for not just good health, I call it exemplary health. Health never goes on sale. you can’t buy or renew it. A sound mind is another asset that can not be bought, replaced, or taken for granted. These treasures are to be cherished as much as we can.
In whatever version you have become today, embrace it even though you may not love it the becoming.
Oliver Goldsmith once said- Life is a journey that must be traveled no matter how bad the roads and accommodations are.
We can get a face-lift, neck lift, teeth whitened, paired hearing aids, jaw lifted, fitted dentures, and tighten loose muscles, but we can never recover lost time. What we never took risk, shared our profound experiences, and cultivated relationships still remains areaswe can tap into.

Embrace and love your journey wholeheartedly because that is your truth, your path, and you remain the artist.
Much Love ❤️
