What’s your favorite things about yourself?
The person I continue to become despite life curve balls. My personality, gratitude, my love for my God, rude humor, my infectious laughter, creativity, gift of friends, friendship, resilience, leadership, my appreciation for silence, compassion, attitude, love for myself, and others. I wear them with me at all times and like a clock around my neck ❤️😊. Always in my toolbox, should I need them when our world becomes noisy and the chaos are full blown. An extra buffer every day takes you a long way.
I can only change myself and am only responsible for my words and actions. Love starts with me loving myself, to love those around me, and far out. When we love ourselves first, we serve and share the same energy out.
Lauryn Hill once said-Everything we do should be a result of our gratitude for what God has done for us.
As I journey through life, I ask my great God to continue enhancing and fostering the need to remain compassionate with myself, others, gift of friendship, be wise with the gift of time, creativity, not to be careless with my words, renewed resilience, the gift of silence, love for self, others, and instilled wisdom that comes from above. The gift of authentic, timely friendship is crucial to me because your friends know what matches your current situation 😊.
The canvas attached below was a kind, thoughtful gesture from a friend whose friendship has grown over the years. Madam Mukami knew what would bring a renewed smile if not laughter after Matha Hen (Mimi Waruguru) encountered significant loss in a short amount of time😢. It is the gesture and footprints 👣 left behind that are constant reminders that the universe ✨️ always knows what you need at that time at the appointed time.
My reminder to you all reading this blog post and others to follow when it touches you, give others their Flowers while they can smell.Time is precious and is on the essence.
Plato once said- A grateful mind is a great mind, which eventually attracts to itself great things.

With much love
