What does “having it all” mean to you? Is it attainable?
Reading this writing prompt, my first thought was we could never have it all. We will always be seekers of this world until we take our last breath. Right? Right!.
We are always under construction, under development, unless you choose otherwise. We are hoping to be better versions of ourselves every day we are around. We seek to learn, improve, relearn, and unlearn. We seek to be understood, seen, and heard. They way we think either positive or negative affects our wellness, emotions, physical wellness, and spiritual health, which may affect our behaviors. I don’t know it all, have it all, and will never know it all.
What I know, we can only guard the good deposits we have and what has been entrusted in us!. Each one of us has deposits entrusted in them, either good and/or bad. The one thing that remains powerful and a choice as an individual is how we talk about ourselves, the self-talk. Consistently positive self-talk, builds our foundation, and supports our ladder up when we give ourselves grace.
My experience is that it is better to know and be disappointed than to not know and always wonder. Remaining brave while taking risks comes with an experience that you can’t buy from a store. Nothing can or will ever substitute our experience when we choose to move away from our comfort zone.
Note-We are the only ones who will ever tell our accurate stories. When we choose to share our story line, our experiences, we need intimacy, but we fear vulnerability. We need acceptance, but we fear rejection.
Quote-
Ralph Waldo Emerson once said, ” Do not go where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path and leave a trail.

To answer the question of having it all and, if it is attainable, my response -I choose to focus on my abundance and not on my deficiency. When we focus on what we don’t have, living our lives to the fullest is out of the picture. Where we draw our strength is a key element because we may fetch unwanted energy in the name of strength. Our energy may shift to negativity most of the time. We may take the little things around us for granted like our health, sound mind, good eyesight etc; We may be envious of others’ mesuems which brew jealousy and jealousy is the disease of our bones!. Wuiiru nii kioria Kiya mahindi.

Despite what we do or choose to do while we are around, we will always be seekers of this world until we take our last breath. Remember, life is an adventure, never a problem to solve. I know my last statement may be controversial. However, it is how you choose to interpret!. Spread the love around you as much as you can.
With much love ♥️
