What’s one small improvement you can make in your life?
There are small intentional improvements we can make as we journey through life, which is:- our approach to what we see and hear from others, our choice of words, judgment and our biases unto others. Finding connections begins with us. Asking open end genuine questions or storytelling for connectivity.

We are all born with biases, prejudice, and judgments that are a reflection of how we have been socialized, where we have been, and who has been around us. It is not that it is a bad thing. It is how we have been influenced. However, when we remain in that same space of biases and judgment, we deny ourselves an opportunity to learn, relearn, and unlearn. Most of our suffering comes from our unrealistic expectations when it does not match our blueprint- Life. It is of us to ensure our expectations are realistic to serve as well.
When we remain seekers of this world and are hungry to learn, we become improved versions of ourselves. This allows growth / improvements. Improvements/ growth will always be challenging because it is not the norm. I call it challenging because it only endured for a time, while when we say hard, we mean it is impossible to even try to change. Growth will always be slow and painful at the same time. When the process becomes unbearable 💔 we can, at times, default to our old routines, which refrain change and growth. It is easy to default to your old habits when visualizing ahead is foggy. The pain to change is a reminder that every positive thought is a silent prayer that will change our journey.
No life experiences go to waste!. Each experience gives you either 🍋 lemons or grapes. 🍇 My reminder remains, I can’t feed my history and feed my destiny. I have to choose one. I choose to feed my future. Journaling and/or blogging are my new steps to an improved version of myself. When we choose to share our thoughts through a journal and a pen, there is power in writing down our goals and aspirations. Writing down your needs and wants holds you accountable to visit and revisit the pages as you navigate the path. A goal written is a prayer said to accomplish the goal. Every small step, improvement, and change starts with me,myself, and I.

Lastly, it is maximizing every moment I have wholeheartedly because no moment is replaceable, the same, and neither can it be rewinded.
Much love ❤️
