When our bodies communicate

Signals our bodies communicate to us when systems are unbalanced. When we choose to listen and remain intentional with any alarms in our body, we connect with the source of pain.
The unfortunate part is that sometimes, we look, want, crave, and desperate for quick fixes. Yes, some need and will go away or resolve from quick fixes. However, others are signaling a need for a deeper dive. That deeper dive can arise mixed emotions, which as a human being is okay to feel our emotions.

Connecting inwardly can be our first step to figure out what is happening or not happening with us. Documentation or keeping a log of your symptoms, progress is another way to track if your symptoms are changing towards the right direction or are getting worse. In my experience, keeping a journal has been the best gift I can give myself. Even though journaling sounds like a job to many of us, we can ease out the task by writing down words. For example, if you feel exhausted instead of writing down the journaling way of details, writing down the date, day, time, and what you feel that day, even though it is a word, it is better than none.

This documentation, journaling, supports your case when you are meeting with your doctors or care team, and you can narrate your symptoms from what you documented on those days leading to your appointment.
